I spend $20 for a single wash and get the same dirty car as it was before wash. Do not recommend.

Since the new management and new name change has occurred i can tell you services are more expensive than in the past. They also no longer do a 1/2 off coupon when you buy the basic service anymore they also dont prewash for base package anymore which was a nice touch prior to new management. I used to come here because my vehicle scrapes on most other car washes because it is lowered however I will find another conveyor belt style wash and won't come here anymore. Staff one time scolded me for taking the trash can out of the holder and brought it closer to my car, it was an odd situation. Also the vacuums are way worse now, not sure if they lowered the suction or just don't maintain them like old management did. Overall not worth my time or money to give them for mediocre service.

I am writing to express my concerns regarding the inconsistency in service I have experienced at your car wash location. I have been a loyal member for approximately one year and, during that time, attendants regularly sprayed down my vehicle before it entered the wash. Recently, however, I have noticed that this service is no longer being provided to my vehicle. When I asked an employee about it, I was told that hand pre-spraying is not included because I have the Basic Wash package. What is frustrating is that this explanation was only provided to me recently, despite the fact that my vehicle had been sprayed down on numerous occasions over the past year while I was on the same membership plan. In addition, I continue to observe attendants pre-spraying other vehicles, which makes the policy appear inconsistent and leaves me questioning whether customers are being treated equally. As a paying and loyal customer, I expect clear communication and consistent service. If hand pre-spraying is not included with the Basic Wash, I would appreciate clarification on why it was routinely performed in the past and why I continue to see it being done for other vehicles. I value your busine

A great spot to get a car wash quickly. Right across the street from Wendy’s and a McDonald’s. Six dollars for a quick wash. I believe they call it a surf wash.
